Tight Chest Causes
Tight chest is a
symptom of a lot of diseases or disorders. Someone suffering
from tight chest may actually be suffering from anaphylaxis,
myocardial infarction, pulmonary edema, asthma, or anxiety
disorders. As such, tight chest can be caused by a lot of
things, too.

Clogged coronary
arteries are said to be the most common cause of angina
pectoris. Since the arteries are clogged, when the heart pumps
and needs oxygen, the arteries struggle to keep up, then
resulting to tight chest pains.
Tight chest can also be caused by depression and anxiety
disorders. People who have difficulty sharing their problems,
or have difficulty solving a problem, or in forgetting a
traumatic experience, or is suffering from a big problem are
prone to chest pains and tight chest. Thus, in suck case, tight
chest is caused by psychological factors.
This is also very common to people who are smoking. Smokers
have high risks of developing respiratory problems.
Tight chest is a serious symptom that should not be set aside
since it could mean life threatening conditions. Consult your
